Mirador Penthouse
and rental rates
Reservations made are an agreement between tenant and landlord. The landlord is in all cases the owner of the rented property. The website manager has checked all landlords as the owner of the rental property at the time of placing their advertisement. The website manager cannot under any circumstances be held liable for transactions and deliveries between tenant and landlord.

In all cases, the period reserved by the guest must be paid in full in advance, including the deposit, service costs and any advance payments for electricity. An earlier departure or later arrival day is at the guest's expense and does not constitute grounds for any form of refund. Full payment must be made within the payment term. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including accident or illness), the tenant and landlord must mutually arrange how to deal with any (down) payments and whether or not to grant a refund. The website administrator is not a party to this. If the rental agreement has to be canceled by the landlord due to force majeure, the landlord undertakes to refund the full (down) payments to the tenant.
The landlord is entitled to impose additional conditions itself. These must be clearly communicated to the tenant, as well as the deposit, additional service costs, any energy costs and the refund period of the deposit.
